CAMPGROUND RULES:

1. NO ONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE ADMITTED FOR ANY REASON.

2. QUIET HOURS - 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM All radios, TVs, LOUD CONVERSATIONS, etc., will be turned down between these hours.

3. Trailers will not be blocked off of there tires. All trailers will be transportable when not occupied.

4. No materials of any kind will be stored around or under trailers. There are to be no permanent structures to be erected (add a room). any question please go to office.

5. All animals (dogs, cats, etc.) will be attached to a light chain, no longer than 6 feet at the campsite. Dogs are to be walked, waste is to be picked up and disposed of (contained in a plastic bag) in a garbage receptacle.

6. No food will be left on tables or outside at campsites.

7. No washing under faucets and no washing dishes in the bathroom sink.

8. Mini-bikes, 3 and 4 wheelers and chainsaws are prohibited.

9. No gray water or sewer hoses shall run on the campground.

10. No fire rings or tables will be removed from other unoccupied sites.

11. No vehicles will be washed or repaired while on camp grounds.

12. Air conditioners are payable at $2.00/day extra toward the campgrounds electric cost (does not apply to seasonal sites). NO ELECTRIC HEATERS.

13. Only wood and paper will be burnt in the campsites fireplaces.

14. Fires must be attended at all times and burned in a reasonable manner. Large high out of control flames will not be tolerated. If necessary, we will put the fire out. If such an incident reoccurs, you will be asked to leave. At times, fires may not be permitted because of BURN BANS that are required from Essex County. We will advise you if such a ban is in effect.

15. Loud noises and profanity will not be tolerated, nor will excessive alcoholism or illegal drug use. If complaints are received, we will discuss the situation at once. The second incident, you will be asked to leave the campground. If for any reason the police should ever be called, you will be asked to pack up your campsite and vacate the premises immediately!!! YOU WILL NOT BE WELCOMED BACK!

16. We reserve the right to refuse and remove any camper for cause.

17. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour.

18. Reservations will be held with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

19. All garbage will be carried out with you or there will be a charge for disposing of it. This includes cardboard boxes. Please do not put anything in the dumpster but household garbage. The garbage dumpster is behind the fence when you first come in.

20. No cutting through sites, please use the designated roadways.

21. All guests must be registered at the office.

22. Only licensed drivers are to be operating vehicles on the campground.

23. No cutting of trees is allowed. Firewood can be purchased at the store.

24. No nails or hooks are to be put in the trees.

25. No fire rings should be moved within the established site and no double fire rings are allowed!

26. Under no circumstances are the police to be called without notifying the MAIN OFFICE first - except medical emergency.

PAVILION RULES:

1. Music will only be on weekends.

2. Usage rates are available at the office. Must be signed up for.

3. CLEAN UP AREA BEHIND YOU AS YOU USE IT!!!
