RESERVATIONS:
To have a site removed from the system, we require a non-refundable, non-transferable payment.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of
reservation, with the remaining balance due at check in. Reservations will be held for 7 days to
receive payment. If payment is not received it will go back into the system and
further reservations will not be accepted by you.
ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS ARE
PAYABLE IN FULL.
No Reservation will be
accepted 3 days prior to a holiday weekend.

Air-Conditioning usage is $2.00 per day extra for overnight
campers.

HEATERS ARE PERMITTED.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, there will be no
check-ins allowed before 11:00 AM. Check in is located at On The River
Campgrounds. You must register BEFORE you
enter Rainbow Woods. When checking in at On The River Campgrounds, you MUST inform them
that you are checking in for Rainbow Woods.
You must be on the grounds prior to 9:00 PM to register and set up your campsite. If you arrive after 9:00 PM you will need to set up in the field behind the store in the main campground at On The River. We will no longer allow the set up of tents or RVs after 9:00 PM as it is disruptive to those already set up and relaxing.
All party members on
same camp site must be registered at the same time for rates below

CHECK-OUT:
Check out time is 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. You MUST
have your site broken down by this time and vacate the premises. Should you wish
to stay beyond 11:00 AM, you must still break down your site by that time. You
them must go to the office and purchase a day pass, which will enable you to
stay on the grounds until 9:00 PM that same evening.

Passes are good from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
You must be off the grounds by 9:00 PM or decide
that you are staying the night.
If you are staying the night, you must
register at the office and pay the overnight
fee before 9:00 PM.
